Ifo Drop-in Apron Sink.
Very nice sinks that are designed to hang over the front edge of the countertop. 25”x19” basins fit a 23-3/4” x 16-1/2” U-shaped cutout in the front of counter. Front apron lip hangs over counter front approximately 2”. Sink sits 1” above countertop.
Problem: None other than the unusual rough-in. Sinks are new in box with template. Special closeout purchase from the manufacturer.

Chicago Single-hole Bar Faucet
Chicago hasn’t made anything in polished brass for awhile now. The box is rough, but the faucet is nice. Supplied with copper tube to thread up into the base of the faucet, ceramic levers add a nice touch.

Black Painted Steel Celtic Cabinet Knobs
Once upon a time, we were dealing with a less-than honest Indian Exporter. One of the things we didn’t order, but got were these fairly decent Cabinet pulls. The only problem, they all have spots of rust after seawater got into the container. As the picture shows, all of these knobs have light to moderate rust. 8/32 Machine screws not included. We were getting $12 for the ones we beadblasted and painted, but we’re just flat out of time to do this. Our loss, your gain!

We have these on a closeout. There’s roughly 8 pairs left of the hot and cold available. Nice, ultra-heavy castings based on an original from the early 1900’s. We had to install the slip-joint nut as these valves didn’t come with them for an unknown reason. Stands 5” tall, and available in both Coated Brass and Chrome. Please indicate desired temperature (Hot or Cold) in the “Special Requests” field.
